Please inspect the full-resolution watermarked preview, file formats, selected language and included music before buying. Digital sales are final for change of mind after access has been supplied. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Before payment
You may close checkout without completing payment. If payment is pending or the page closed unexpectedly, sign in and use Refresh purchases before paying again, or contact support.
Problems we resolve
Contact us about duplicate charges, non-delivery of usable files, material defects or an output substantially different from its description. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include corrected files, replacement access or a refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Requesting help
Email support@plugpier.com with your order or payment reference, purchase date and a description of the issue. Never send payment-card details, passwords or one-time codes. Report issues promptly; no deadline in this policy restricts a legal right.
Approved refunds
Approved or legally required refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing and bank credit times depend on Razorpay and the bank. We will provide the available refund reference. Refunded purchase access may be withdrawn.
