Publishing a wedding page is optional. After you confirm sharing, anyone with its unlisted link may view the wedding details and photograph. Search engines are asked not to index it, but a link is not a password. You may make it private in the editor. It automatically becomes private 30 days after the wedding; refunds also revoke public access. Guest names, attendance counts and optional messages are encrypted in storage and available only to the hosts through their account. Guests should only submit details they want the hosts to receive. Contact support to request removal.
What we process
We process your account email, password hash, sign-in session, purchase references and the invitation details you enter to provide previews and purchased exports. Passwords are hashed. Payment-card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Everafter.
Private invitation files
Rendering takes place on the service. Generated paid files and queued rendering inputs, including premium photographs, are stored privately and encrypted. Preview photographs are processed for your preview and are not published in the gallery. Previews can remain briefly in the private in-memory render cache. Access requires your account and a verified purchase. The original templates, renderer and source artwork are not made public.
Essential storage
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Browser session storage can remember your current invitation, including a resized photo when preparing checkout or a download, and an export in progress. Removing the photo in the editor removes it from this saved personalization. A privacy preference stored in your browser remembers your analytics choice.
Optional analytics
With your permission, studio analytics and Google Analytics measure visits, feature usage and verified purchases. Our studio report uses a browser-session identifier. Google Analytics uses pseudonymous cookies lasting up to 90 days on this subdomain and processes device, regional and referral information. Event fields are limited to design, language, soundtrack, recognized campaign tags and purchase amount, currency and an internal transaction reference. We do not send invitation text, names, venues, account emails or payment credentials in analytics events. Google receives network information when your browser connects to its service; this is governed by Google’s privacy policy. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Choose Essential only to decline. Privacy choices in the studio footer lets you withdraw consent, stop measurement and remove this studio’s Google Analytics cookies. Payment records remain necessary to deliver purchases, prevent fraud and handle refunds.
Service providers
Hostinger hosts the application. Razorpay processes payments and sends payment verification events. Google provides optional analytics after consent. Generated music and standard synthetic greetings used in invitations and marketing were prepared separately; customer invitation text is not sent to the H200 or a speech-generation service.
Retention and your rights
Purchase and transaction records are retained for accounting, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Contact support@plugpier.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to necessary legal retention. We do not sell your personal information.
